$150 for 2 hours on non-peak days ($50/hour for additional hours)

$250 for 2 hours on peak days ($100/hour for additional hours)

$75 cleaning fee
Non-refundable deposit of half of the rental fee due upfront.

Rent the entire studio for your next meeting. Book clubs, ladies groups, bible studies, and team meetings love using our facility for their monthly gatherings.

Our studio has large tables and high stools for your use, as well as side tables great for food and beverages. All studios have a sound system to play music and several have the ability to show presentations on TVs.

What to Bring

• Your own snacks or food for the workshop
• We welcome bringing drinks as well. BYOB
• Your own paper goods for your snacks (napkins, plates, cups, silverware, etc)

What is Provided and Allowed

• On-site manager available to unlock the door, maintain air conditioner temperature, and to answer questions.
• No DIY workshop or instructions will be given. This rental is strictly for the use of our studio space.
• Sound system available for party use, but manager will help maintain a neighborly volume.
• Restroom facility and allotted amount of paper towels and toilet paper will be provided.
• Possible fridge space if needed.
• Possible TV for presentation if needed.
• Tables and stools for seating.
• Tables for serving food.
• No BBQ grills, smokers, open flames in buffets, or any type of cooking allowed.
• No bounce houses or water slides allowed.
• The entire event must remain inside the studio, use of the parking lot for gathering is not allowed.
